FAQ
Live-in care available short-term?
Yes. Live-in care can be arranged for post-operative recovery, temporary illness, or respite.
Can a couple receive live-in care?
Absolutely. One carer can support both individuals, which is often more cost-effective than moving to a care home.
What happens if I’m unhappy with the service?
We take feedback very seriously. If you’re not satisfied, contact your care coordinator immediately. We’ll respond promptly and work with you to resolve any concerns.
Can family members be involved in care planning?
Yes. We actively involve families in the assessment, planning, and review process to ensure everyone’s needs are met.
How often is care reviewed?
We carry out regular reviews to adapt care plans to changing needs. Clients and families can also request reviews at any time.
Will carers help with pets?
Yes. Many of our carers are happy to feed, walk, or help look after pets, as long as this is agreed in the care plan.
Can care be paused if we go on holiday?
Of course. Just let us know in advance, and we can pause or resume care accordingly.
